I’m 68 and am embarrassed with what happens to my flaccid penis. Erect it is normal but then shrinks to the point it actually goes inside, turtling, making it difficult to urinate. It used to be normal and hang down 2-3 inches. What can I do?

Turtling
Are you carrying a bit of extra weight now or has your muscles got a bit looser now?
I’m on a weight loss program and have gone from 265 to 220. I’m only 5’9” so I still have a ways to go. My goal is 180, but the interesting thing is that the more I lose weight the bigger (no pun intended) the problem has become. Are you suggesting there are perhaps some exercises that could help? Improve the muscle tone?
I’m a decade younger than you and over last couple years I’ve noticed erections are less frequent and slightly weaker. I can still get erect when needed and don’t need pills to get there. Had my testosterone tested about October last year and it has dropped markedly from a test I had in 2012 but I’m currently just above where supplement is required so trying diet lifestyle exercise. While I don’t have the turtle thing going on the glans is getting less time out of the fore skin and appears smaller flaccid. I am getting more occurrences of rash which I Self medicate with canestan for now and seeing a urologist about it and another issue in urethra this week. Maybe yours is linked to dropping testosterone which is normal as you age but needs supplement if it gets too low.
My guess is the presence of a belly. I wish I knew the answer for getting rid of it.
Since I put on weight being stuck at home with the pandemic, I’ve had the same issue. I’m also a grower so there’s that. Press down on the fat pad at the base of your dick and you will see there’s nothing that weight loss won’t fix
I'm a grower as well, but it's all about the weight loss.
I thought that type of apparatus was simply a means of obtaining an erection prior to sexual activity. Can it also be used to gain length and girth when flaccid?
