Did you get a high or low cut done? Do you have much inner foreskin left? Since our foreskin keeps the glans moist and since you don't have that left, a good thing to try is organic unrefined coconut oil, massage on the glans and shaft once a day and it'll hopefully help regain some feeling there.

You might want to keep it covered 24-7 to get rid of the keratinization. I started with stretch wrap. The stuff that they use to keep material on skids. Kitchen saran wrap is too thin, it won't hold up. I held it on with a loose rubber band. It didn't take long for the keratinization to flake off. A few weeks. After that I bought 3 "ManHood" sleeves. These are made in Canada and can be ordered online. The UK make a version too, but they're expensive and a big PITA to put on. All the while I was stretching my foreskin. It took a couple of years, but I wasn't the most committed I could have been. I've never regretted it and it will be a cold day in Hell when someone tries to cut it off again.

I totally agree with Richland...I've been working on restoring as well. and when not doing so I put moisturizer on the glans and use the manhood to retain the skin I've restored over them.

I was circumcised as a baby, so all I know is that I never had the sensitivity I should have, even at puberty. After I regrew my foreskin the sensitivity was like I never could have imagined. It's unbelievable. Sex is like I never had before. Even though it only a replica of the original, It still does a really good job. Because of this, I've become a very vocal anti-circumcisionist.
