That’s normal mate, just relax and take your time. I’m the same son 4 month now. Some guys use short time and some much longer. I’m not a specialist, just my experience.

Hey bro,I also have swelling on the skin above the incision line,I'm on day 12 right now and it's still the same like day 1. Did it go down for you and does it look like normal skin now??

Mine only began to subside in week 5, and it subsided significantly afterwards (6th and 7th week). Im on the 10-11th week now, there is still some swelling around the glans but im not bothered by it; as most on this site put it, it takes time. Also, my last stitch fell off in week 9.

Try to press or massage the swelling. That is what my urologist did during my follow up visit, and advised me to do it from time to time.
