You should never pick a scab. It is part of the healing process.

Unless you have an open wound that is not covered by a scab then there is little point in my experience. You could always check with your doctor/surgeon.

It should fall off in a couple days I definitely wouldn't pick it off that would be super painful

Don’t mess with it it will fall. I experience this but mine look like a yellow blister on the glan head and when I get erections sometimes the scab/blister tears. As days pass it will get better and look better.
