If you are bleeding you better see your doctor. You should ask about a steroid cream to help with stretching your foreskin first if it’s possible or they may recommend circumcision. Circumcision should be a last resort.

Whatever the cause, the bleeding means your foreskin could scar, which will make your problem worse.

It sounds like you have a chronic phimosis and the tip is so tight the skin is splitting causing bleeding. You need to consult a doctor. Sadly, it's not as issue that will cure itself.
