The head is the penis is always sensitive, especially if your foreskin always covers it. Are you going to keep your foreskin pulled back always?

Personal experience: I lasted one day having my foreskin pulled back.. but I know with time, since the head is always exposed, the sensitivity decreases.

Your foreskin should have been able to be fully, freely and painlessly retracted from at least the age of 8. Your parents ought to have taught you to fully retract at least daily to wash away the waste amterials that collect under the foreskin. Also you should retract when urinating so as not to coat the glans and inner foreskin in urine that you'd never allow to remain on any other part of your skin.

Hello Tdog, I pull back my foreskin on a daily basis to do cleaning and remove any smegma. I make certain that I return my foreskin to covering my glans to prevent para-phymosis from occurring.

The glans is meant to be highly sensitive ... and only pulled back on entry ... into direct contact with moist tissue. You shouldn't touch your glans unless with lubricated fingers. Many if not most intact men use the foreskin, pulling it back and forth, because the inner surface is always moist.

If your foreskin isn't long enough ... you can always lengthen it the same way cut men restore their foreskins .. See: restoringforeskin.org

The head of the penis is usually sensitive unless you are circumcised in which case you will become de-sensitised over time.

Most boys are able to retract their foreskin from puberty, some earlier some later. It is not an exact science.

If you do intend to keep your foreskin permanently retracted I would suggest building up over time. Firstly to ensure no damage is done, if it is too tight when retracted in can cause real problems and to enable you to become accustomed to it.

Start by using jet from a shower, increase time and power of jet slowly and you will get used to it.
