Tight foreskin

Hey! I have tight foreskin which has a really small opening from the top. It is almost fine when my penis is placid. But when it gets hard, it becomes really tight and makes it difficult for the penis to come to its full size. Today after erection, the foreskin became red in colour from the top. And opening size of the foreskin, today, seemed to be really small... I'm 19yrs old. I live with my parents and it's really difficult for to talk about thos until and unless I'm sure that I've a problem. So please help me

You need to go to see your doctor. You may have to do stretching exercises or use steroid cream in mild form of tight foreskin.

Other options are preputioplasty or circumcision. Your doctor need to exclude scarring in case BXO

Try stretching first while in bath or shower, regular and gentle.

Move on to steroid creams if needed. 19 is young do not worry.

If it causes pain or you really worried seek medical advice.

Have a chat with your doctor. Don’t ignore the problem and hope it goes away. It won’t without some form of treatment.
