11th day - issues post circumsion

Hi,

I am in 11th day of circumsion.while something have improved there are issue still unresolved :

1- urination is haywire ..goes left ,right some drops towards upwards which creates of lot of discomfort and dressing issue.whats solution

2. Swelling has still not gone..it has improved but still a substantial part is there.the front glan area is covere by foreskin even after taking cefuroxime 500 mg for swelling for 6 days twice a day

3..silicone ring is still intact when one should expect some improvement .. cleaning with bitadine liquid + oinment + dressing ..can water be used for cleaning purpose. ?

4.pain at night at frenelum may be due to erection pushing pins inspite of keeping bladder empty..
