I am on day one.

I have a few lumps on the back of my penis. Just a bit worried. Is that normal.

Also wasn’t expecting to get bruising already.

Mate, around my head looked like a blow up ring, swelled loads for the first couple weeks gradually reducing. I’m on week 4 post op now and most of the swelling has completely gone just abit around my gland but nothing major. Give it time buddy the lumps and bumps are all normal

Got some flakey skin on my gland. Guessing this is normal. Is there an advice or tips you could recommend. As your on week 4. Any help would be appreciated.

After you pee always rinse head with water. I got a lil infection and had to use some cream as I just dabbed with tissue. After the 4/5 days or so you have to keep it dry I would always have a bath so dissolve stitches

by bumps do you mean the little PPP one around the head of the penis, or actual bumps?

I mean like bumps where veins are. Guessing it’s normal. Very sore today

oh yes, that’s common. I have the same thing is due to the swelling. I recommend keeping your penis in a upright position with some tight underwear so that it could help with the drainage and swelling.
