Hematoma

Did anyone ever get a hematoma on their shaft after surgery? I got one and I had it removed 2 days ago. I was supposed to wear a bandage for 2 days but it fell off after a day. It was tough to keep on as I would pee in the bandage when I had to use the bathroom. I’m pretty swollen from where I have the stitches. I went to the ER yesterday since the bandage fell of. They just told me to ice it. I don’t want to have another hematoma as I already had 3 surgeries on my penis. Has anyone gone through this before ?

I was circumcised almost two months ago now and still have a hematoma that has stayed pretty much the same size, I want to avoid surgery because I’m worried so I’ve just been putting up with it. What did you do to deal with your hematomas and what was the surgery to have them removed like?
