I will have a circumsion done within 2 weeks . My doctor is an Urologist and surgeon. She would like me to have a High and Tight circumsision . She said she would get rid of all my foreskin - Only a patch would remain near the scrotum and a fine line. A 10 - 12 weeks healing is recommended from my Surgeron/ Urlogist as she does not want anything from the surgery . It is tough ,but she might be right . Your comment please. Thank You.

Hi, what is your reason for your circumcision? I would go for a high cut if I had a choice. This keeps more of the inner foreskin. This means that the scar is further away from the glans. Are you a grower or a shower ? If you are a grower I would ask for a loose cut but if a shower a tight cut. Are you keeping your frenulum? I’m not sure what this means?( A 10 - 12 weeks healing is recommended from my Surgeron/ Urlogist as she does not want anything from the surgery. )
Hello Cdg. Thanks very for you reply. I apprecate you reply. I have been facing Balalantis an d Phimoses for nearly 2 years . I has been very painful . I hope that I have found the right doctor . I will discuss this with my doctor as soon I can see her and you suggestion . . Thank You .
You are great help . I like to chat with you tomorrow. I am glad you mentioned " High and Tight circumsision . I will have the surgery under Local Anestitic . Speak to you soon.
I would recommend having cutting the tip of the foreskin off to resolve the issue you're having, once you remove the whole foreskin, other stuff may happen like the skin being too tight, along with being desensitized and you can recover from it, don't know if your surgery familiar with the procedure im talking about, seen it of youtube with another urologist.
Personally I'd recommend high and tight to retain as much sensitivity as possible. I wouldn't worry too much about keeping your frenulum, it's still highly sensitive there after it's removed and IMHO looks better. Good luck and enjoy your new penis.
