Can I have sex with having phismosis as long as I use a condom , I have severe phismosis it bearly opens up atall nowhere near to going over the full head , I can imagine it would be painful without a condom as inserting the penis will be forcing it to pull back and I’m scared it will rip apart , I feel with a condom it might not be forced back as much and will be ok. So really what I want to know I guess is with using a condom will my foreskin be ok like I want it to stay up as it’s never been pulled back I don’t want it to be ripped apart when having sex will I be able to have sex like it won’t rip open or anything will it if i use a condom? I will try stretching excersises I am 23 but need to know ASAP can I still have sex as long as I use a condom it won’t rip my foreskin apart it will stay intact and won’t be too painful ? My foreskin has never pulled pack it can’t even pull back when soft . So with a condom it shouldn’t be able to pull back I’m afraid it will force it to rip open or something , it will stay intact? I heard that having a serious case of phismosis like pinhole phismosis is better than having mild phismosis as if I have a condom on my foreskin shouldn’t move back atall forceably as it’s so tight so it shouldn’t tear or anything , I just need to know thanks

Can I have sex with phismosis (tight foreskin) as long as I use a condom , virgin about to have sex very soon I am nervous
A condom is designed to be put onto an erect penis with the foreskin fully retracted as otherwise the combination of foreskin and condom held still over the glans will very severely reduce the stimulation and pleasure you should get from any form of sex.
A condom should fit sufficiently tightly that it cannot be pushed back during thrusting. In that case, the foreskin cannot be forced back either as it is trapped by the condom.
You really shouldn't think of going through life with a highly phimotic foreskin. Not only will your sex life be very seriously impared but, as you are unable to clean under the non-retractable foreskin, you will be building up a large amount of waste material (smegma and stale urine at least) there which will attract harmful bacteria and fungal infections which put your penis at risk.
You need to consult a doctor as a matter of urgency to get your phimosis resolved to remove the infection risk and make sex pleasureable for both of you.
Hi Man, you really should visit your doctor and have things sorted. You can try stretching with some steroid cream to start with. It's important to be able to properly clean your glans in the long term phimosis is not good.
Hi John. Thanks for your post. I think your concern is justified. Before attempting to have intercourse, I honestly would consult with your GP or ask to referred to a urologist for professional advice. Roddythescot has given you excellent advice, and I would heartily agree that you don't want to continue with your condition indefinitely. In one sense I hate to say this, but were I you, I would explain to my partner the situation, and mutually agree to hold off from penetrative sex until your phimosis has been properly resolved. If they truly have your best interests at heart, they will want what's best for you and your future. Do feel to message me if you want to chat about it. Don't feel pressured or rushed into doing something that may have damaging implications. I wish you well. Sine
sinewave MrMac99 roddythescot thank u all so much for replies , ugh this just sucks so much why does everything have to go wrong for me it’s depressing , I don’t want a circumcision it’s not meant to be good and will takes months before it’s done and healed up and everything , and it’s meant to be last resort , I may do stretching excercises which if it works will also take months . I need to loose my virginity now and me and my new gf are about to have sex, I can’t leave it for months I’m gonna have to try with the condom on for now and aslong as it doesn’t rip apart will insane pain atleast it’s better than nothing . Thanks guys , this sucks so much, I hope with condom on my foreskin will stay intact and il be able to have some sort of experience, Damn this sucks
Hi John believe me it just doesn't always happened to you shit happens that's life 🙄 anyway if you both decide to go ahead make sure to use lots of lube. And make an appointment with your doctor to get the ball rolling and get things sorted.
Hi you should use a condom anyway just now to protect against std’s and pregnancy. With a condom you will be fine. It shouldn’t tear as this is what they are designed for. As for not wanting to be circumcised I totally agree with you. You should see your doctor for some steroid cream and stretch in a hot bath and apply the cream afterwards. Do not agree to a circumcision unless this is what you want. The doctors may try to tell you this is the best option but there are a lot of options before circumcision.
The short answer is yes probably.
If you have pinhole phimosis then it is unlikely you’ll resolve it by stretching. There’s a better chance of success with stretching where retraction partly possible, e.g. when flaccid but not erect.
All the time you’re unable to retract and observe basic male hygiene you stand a better than average chance of getting penile cancer. You might want to research that. Here’s a good summary
A condom will protect your foreskin during sex but because the foreskin will add width to your penis you might need a wider condom than usual
Hey mate, I’m going to give you actuals from my experience, however the foot note is always see a GP as everyone is different.I had pin hole phimosis until mid last year when I was circumcised at age 42. I didn’t even know what phimosis was, men just didn’t talk about themselves and we didn’t have internet to find easy free information.
I had a completely fine sex life with no issues at all so when free information became available I didn’t think it was a thing to search for. Condom or no condom, no issues at all. Sensitivity with/without a condom is not as dramatic as thought.
I have had zero complications, zero infections, nothing to report and I have always had a very very active sex life since 15.
What I did right was cleaning each day. I adapted to what I had, would pull the skin out a bit when flaccid to allow warm clean water and mild soap in, swish it around and do that until clean each day.
Having no problems at all, it wasn’t until a close friend started talking to me about his experiences that I realised I had a condition I didn’t know about.
So, if you look after yourself, take precautions with condoms, lube and foreplay, you may just be ok.
However, I will also say that getting circumcised was the right thing to do for me as it can give you complications later in adulthood along with everything else others have said. The difference was quite dramatic for me. Talk to your doctor.
The only reason I’ve said that things can be ok in the right circumstances is because if you’re anxious about your first time, having any corrective surgery will take months to heal and only draw that out. This may be the right thing for you.
So if you have an understanding partner, see your GP for best advice, if things happen unexpectedly, bust out the lube and take it easy.
Best of luck, look after you
I think you'll be fine. My foreskin never retracted at that age and I could last for a long long time and I'd still always get there in the end. Even without the condom the skin did not retract , and I could still last forever, although oneday my girlfriend sat on top and forced it which did hurt but no damage.
UPDATE: so I have been stretching a lot since yesterday , and already I can now fully retract my foreskin when soft , I literally think the reason I have phismosis is because I didn’t even know it wasn’t normal until recently and I just never went near my foreskin I thought it’s meant to be closed , I’m actually so happy I can already get it fully back when soft now, it’s literally first time I’ve seen my head of me penis in full, when it’s hard I still can’t get it over but if I use my fingers to pull around it I can get to about 80% over it and I’m not fully sure but I think I could possibly get it fully over but I’m afraid too Incase paraphismosis, it’s still very tight , but I have to use my fingers to get it over when hard if I just thug at my penis it won’t move , but this is huge progress already now I truely believe circumsicion isn’t the solution for me I should be able to fix this with stretching it !
UPDATE: so I finally had sex with this issue (finally had sex not a virgin anymore YAY) and I didn’t have problem atall having sex with condom with phismosis there was no pressure of my foreskin getting forced back and wasnt reduces sensitivity I cummed in like 3 minutes lol and I think I could even have sex with phismosis without condom my dick felt fine in there
Awesome! The foreskin doesn’t have to retract at all! Doesn’t sound like you needed circumcision.
Yes I don’t think phismosis is issue for me
Congratulations! Hope it was a pleasurable experience (sounds like it was). The human body can cope with a lot and it’s best not to worry too much, although if it’s something that starts to cause problems then clearly speak to your doctor.
3 minutes is very good for your first time. It should get better and better with the right partner.
Thanks do u know how long I should last is longer better ?
Don’t focus too much on how long you last. The important thing is that you and your partner enjoy it. You’ll just naturally last longer as you become more used to each other.
Penetrative sex is only part of the equation anyway. I always see it as the final act after all the fun stuff has taken place. Focus on what satisfies your partner - lots of gentle stimulation is usually the order of the day for a woman. Ejaculation is only really a male goal. Talk to each other a lot and try everything you’re both comfortable with. I’ve found very few things that are not enjoyable so far...
Really happy for you, John. Sounds as if you had a great first experience, and as Luke1973 said, you lasted well. I hope you can slip it back 'in there' very soon!! Take care and have fun.
Sine
Thanks haha what’s ideal time to last ?
Until the tea's brewed!! LOL!!! From memory, I was about the same as you, so yeah, three minutes or so is spot-on!!!
Sine
Yea you can, i had phimosis and used a condom mostly. Had no problems at all.
Guys I’m having sex with condom with 0 issues think I’m getting better at it too
Excellent news.
