It’s been 4 months since I got cut...

So far I’m not too happy with it as when I’m soft, it basically disappears and basically shrinks to nothing. 😑 (pic on the left)

Has anyone else experienced anything like this? Will it go back to normal?

On the pic on the right is how my erection looks. U can’t really see the scarline unless I pull the skin down slightly on the shaft..

Also, I haven’t had sex yet as the scarline is still a bit tender. Is it best to have sex when the feeling has completely gone, or is it ok to do it now?

It has healed quite nicely. Have you gain weight lately? Then the pubic fat pad will push and lay on your flaccid penis shaft. Was the situation different before the operation? It looks like you are "grower" like me.

On intercourse you may use condoms and lube so the friction won't be problem. Do whatever feels right and hurt not too much.

I haven’t gained weight and it never used to be like that, I have always been a grower but it’s never shrunk down that small 😓

The circumcision is done based in the length of the penis and all the extra skin is removed.

Your circumcision seems to be okay based on your picture showing the penis fully erect.

The picture of the penis in flaccid state should be compared to the penis pre circumcision also in the same posture and aroused state. UtI will notice that the thing that’s missing is the bunching up of all the extra skin you had. And you would have had a good amount as you have a fairly good sized penis.

I don’t think you have anything to worry about as the penis looks fine when it’s erect.

Also as S2BC has posted the pubic fat pad tends to hide the true penis length. Based on what I have seen losing this fat pad in the pubic area will help make your penis look more prominent as the skin at the base gets pulled in further. It will also give you much tighter erections which many people prefer.

We got the same style circumcision bro I’m happy to see your turn out I’m on day 7 I thought I had a partial circumcision but I called my doctor today he said he don’t do partial I’m a grower so I guess that’s why they don cut a lot of our foreskin wish I could see some of your week one pics ‼️These dame stitches are stabbing the head of my penis smh

I asked my surgeon for a loose cut as I am a grower. He took too much skin. But over the years the skin has stretched and my length has come back. I lost about an inch to start with. I think that the surgeon did not take enough. But very neat job.

About 18 months. I used to Jelq with baby oil. Gently stretching. Do not do this until fully healed. Gradually my length came back. After my op I was 6.25 inches. I am now about 7 inches. You will be fine. Jelq gently though when right

I get something similar because they removed too much skin which makes my penis hang higher and the pressure from my underwear pushes it in making it look very small. Depressing.

I had the same style. See my photos. Did they keep your frenulum or removed it?

Is the scar line in your photo under the glans thick to the touch? Mine is still and I can see the stitch scars on mine when pulling skin and stretching back. Yours the same?

My issue was frenulum breve before the op but the surgeon did not remove the frenulum and I think it is still pulling and tearing as he didn’t leave enough foreskin under it when it’s erect. Is this low and tight?

Can I stretch shaft skin so scrotum does not pull when I get an erection?

When I’m flaccid, it also shrinks to nothing sometimes like your photo but you have more skin so looks better than mine.

You should start having sex now. Sex and masturbation will help stretch any tightness on your scar area.
