When can i have sex after adult circumcision?

My sergeant doctor said no sex for 3 weeks after adult circumcision, then i look online any everyone says 6 weeks, then asked a different doctor and said 3 weeks are fine. Im confused now on when im able to have sexual activities?

I was just circumcised two weeks ago. I too was told 3weeks by the doc and read in reality on these forums that it’s most likely 5 to 6 weeks. From my experience right now there’s no way it’ll be able and back in action next week, it’s still swollen and very sensitive. Therefore I’m hoping for the 4 week mark or even 5 weeks

Yea im not swollen or anything all stitches fell out , i would make 3 weeks this thursday . My wife is begging to have fun and i just keep telling her idk . Because i get its sensitive but i dont mind that part im just cautious of what can happen after words

Although the stitches may all be out and the wound basically fully closed, there is still considerable swelling (both obvious and deep down where it isn't obvious). Most importantly, however, is that the new 'seal' is still very weak and will take at least 6 weeks from circumcision to strengthen enough to be sure that sexual activity will not rip it open and set back healing.

Also, for any form of penetrative sex it is desirable that you use a condom at least during the first 8-12 weeks to further protect the new skin.

6 weeks before any intercourse or masturbation…might look healed on the outside but inside needs at least that time… be patient 👍

Wait 8-9 weeks. Else you will cause internal trauma to the healing. Externally it may look okay in 4-5 weeks. At that time you can gently masturbate to release built up stress. Without foreskin you have to rediscover how to excite yourself and attain orgasm. Don’t yank your penile shaft. You will cause damage. Use water based lubricant or natural oil (coconut) and rub shaft and glans gently. (Make fist and wrap it around without grabbing it. So that you can gently rub with lube and get sensation).

Having been cut myself, I can tell you that you will want to refrain from sexual activities for at least 6 weeks. Especially if that's with different sexual partners, high risk of infection and damage during this period. After 2 or maybe 3 weeks, you'll be able to service yourself, this can be done at a week and a half if you have a high pain threshold just keep the speed down, and add some lube in there. No Anal sex for at least 2 months.

The incision needs at least 6 weeks to heal enough,if you try before that you can cause internal damage and create problems for your long term healing.Don’t touch it at all for at least 6(preferably 8) weeks.

It seems almost crazy to mention this, but if you leave your intact penis alone you can have sex anytime you wish ... want ... or need. If you don't have a partner handy ... you don't even have to wait ... you can get off by yourself.
