How far back should foreskin retract when erect down the shaft?

Question for uncircumsised guys. When I'm erect my foreskin can go over the glans fine, but how far back should it go?

Mine can go back to where it almost seems like im cut but it does bunch up a little bit. If I try to make it go all the way ( which it can) it seems a little irritated and tight.

My foreskin seems to be a little bit red and "rough/raw" ish but I'm not sure if it's just the exposed veins and such from being pulled back taught.

Also does anyone have issues putting a condom on? Since pulling it back all the way smooth irritates it a little I tried putting one on with it just naturally retracted where it bunches up a little and when I get the condom over the head and go to roll it down. it gets all bunched up where the foreskin is naturally bunched up and the condom doesnt roll out smooth. It's like it folds on itself.

Or the condom wants to yank my foreskin back way too hard.

Does this seem like my foreskin is damaged at all toward the bottom?

No it looks good to me ( have a look at my pic it doesn't look any different) when I do wear a condom which is not often the condom does bunch up a little bit if you are getting sore or red using a condom use a different type , but if you feel there a problem go and see a doctor if you can of course during this lockdown

Whilst the ideal is for the foreskin to be able to be smoothed back down the erect shaft, it may be restricted by a shorter than desirable frenulum.

The absolute minimum that your foreskin needs to be retracted is to fully expose the rim of the glans (the sexually most sensitive part of the entire penis) and the 'groove' behind it.

Right, my frenelum does have a hole in it lol. It must of tore at some point and healed back cuz I just noticed one day like 2 years ago that there was litteraly a hole in it but its small and it can stretch and everything without tearing so. But maybe it healed back a tiny bit tighter.

You have an extraordinary range of retraction. As for condoms, go to YouTube and watch the videos there which depict what others do.

Does yours not retract that much? Like if someones natural range is say just behind the glans and it bunches up a bit where the ridged band is. Does it not hurt during masterbation or even putting on a condom when the skin is tried to be pulled even further back from sex or masterbation etc..

Mine also uncircumcised penis. But when i eract my fore skin can go over the glance but it becomes tight after that (just under the penis head) and then causes me pain. Is this a problem or its normal? If its a problem how can i solve that?

normal. keep stretching gently, both when erect and flaccid. do so in the shower or bath.
