Head oversensitive (ticklish) top side

So here is the thing - head is oversensitive (ticklish) on top side during oral. Almost as if one has climaxed, but keeps stimulation. Bottom side is fine, actually very pleasant.

Will circumcision solve that? And if so, will the removal of the frenulum result in loss of the pleasurable feeling?

Thank you in advance :)

I used to have the same problem, and would always make my partner stop because the glans was so sensitive and it was unbearable. Two years ago I was circumcised and it solved everything and all sex is now awesome. Talk with your GP or Urologist and get things moving

Glans sensitivity is a very personal issue and, while circumcision might help, there can be no guarantee that it will do so. You may find that a desensitised glans and a loss of frenulum sensitivity might be more loss than you would want. Have a chat with your doctor and, if appropriate, get a referral to an urologist. I hope you get some solution to your problem

How long have you been able to retract your foreskin?

The more you touch and rub the sensitive part the more you will get used to the touch. Circumcision could cause more sensitivity or could loose all the sensitivity. If you remove your frenulum you could loose the sensation on the bottom of the head as well. Remember circumcision is irreversible is it worth the risk. Different if you have a medical issue and have to be done.

For over 10-15 years possibly, but that hasn't helped.. Perhaps as the foreskin retracts back over, so when in underwear I can't say it is bare enough

My foreskin covers my whole head all the time unless I retract it. Then it slides back over when I let go. I was sensitive when I first started retracting (when I was14) but the more I handled it the better it became.

I meant I started retracting it as a child, but try keeping it retracted as much as possible for over 10-15 years. But being a grower, I guess, doesn't really help..

I’m the same. My penis disappears in my pubic fat when soft.

How are you now? Any improvement?

After circumcision if your glans were never exposed it will be super sensitive and discomforting. In that case you have to practice grit for 2-3 months. Wear a soft cotton fit underwear to reduce hard touches in your jeans.

After circumcision the penis glans takes some time to get keratinized witha thin layer of keratin all over the glans. This keratin layer is actually needed to protect and reduce the troubling friction anc acts as protective layer.

So trick to faster the keratinization of glans is to keep it dry as far as possible. The dry out of glans can also be achived using non harmless method such as rubbing talcum power gently over glans area and avoiding moisturising it. Drier the glans faster the keratinization and faster the reduction in discomfort.

Removing fren is personal choice. In my case i had it removed as well to ensure no bending due to tight fren.

Good luck.

Thanks wo much man! Appreciate your time and response! Did the removal of fren result in loss of sensation underneath? I read somewhere in a research that it doesn't, but one should ask the experienced

The penis is indeed created to be more sensitive than other parts of the body when touched, especially the glans penis. because it is designed by God, only accepts touch / friction from the opposite sex who has the same sensitivity to get pleasure in having sex.

circumcision will remove the part that protects the penis gland from bad things outside the skin, which flatly makes the glans penis, receives unnecessary friction, makes it dry, changes color, reduces sensitivity (in the end it will be more extra effort to get ejaculate) and other disadvantages . because circumcision is not the first solution to problems with the penis. which should be the last of many of the previous solutions. My advice is to simply remove the frenulum because it does not interfere with the pleasure that has been assigned to the glans penis (if your frenulum is very tight, thick and short) if you don't have it, just stretch it.
