Hi .I started getting in my penis head for long while know but went to the dr but they all say different thing and don't know what to do anymore.. can't enjoy sex with my wife it's hurts.

I expect you don’t want to hear this, but it does sound like you need to see a doctor you trust about this.

Meanwhile, have you & your wife had any anti fungal treatment for this problem? If not it’s worth a try. But ultimately treatment needs to be done under medical supervision.

Don’t send me a picture. I’m not an expert. If the doctors you have seen are not helping, why not try a sexual health clinic?

Really want to but because of c.19 they so full of shit here .I sow I Dr not to long ago and he just gave me antibiotic and cream
