I can't really tell but has the foreskin tightened behind the head ? Is it constricting or forming a band ? Does touching the head cause pain or is it paining just by you retracting the foreskin ? Pain is definitely not normal . It would be good if you could give more details as to where it hurts and if the foreskin is forming a ring or constricting . All the best !

It has been constricting and forming a band actually. It hurts when I touch the head and the pain is pretty bad. That’s not good is it?

I think this is my situation. When I masturbate, I usually rub against the bed instead of using my hand. No lube, and it would be strong pressure.

Hello mate, because of the foreskin tightened behind the head I think you can develop Paraphimosis, I think you need to check that with the doctor ASAP, also about the sensitivity I think its normal if you never pull your foreskin, but if you do then I dont know, go get medical assist
