Maybe you have some inflammation? I'd stop masturbating for a few days, maybe use some fragrance free lotion and see if that helps if not I'd go to a doctor.

Thanks I actually reduced masturbating for a day and their is relatively very less pain . I am not sure about inflammation. Actually I retarded my foreskin for first time recently
