Bad smell can indicate an infection. Best to get your penis examined.by a doctor.

The doctor can look at those. The external part of soluble stitches never get absorbed.

My doctor told me if the stiches aren’t coming out naturally you can call them and they will remove them and it’s pretty much painless and quick, not sure if yours will be the same but worth a try. I believe 28 days is quite a while for them not to have dissolved yet.
