1 month post surgery

Hey guys it’s been approximately 1 month and 2 days since I’ve gotten circumcised. Day by day my penis is starting to feel better and better erection feels a bit awkward but other wise it gets better each week.

I still have a lot of crust and dead skin around the incision area. And some of the stitches are still there. When does the stitches fall out completely and when they do would it be safe to pull the skin back a little or should I wait longer ?

When I get an erection it’s like my penis is trying to get even harder and longer but I don’t know if it’s because the stitches are too tight but it prevent me from getting that full erection. And some of the stitches are caught up on the dead skin cells preventing it from falling. But I don’t want to peel anything to slow the healing process but other than that my penis seems to be healing pretty fine. It only looks terrible right now because of the crust and the dry blood.

Yep! Same thing happened to me. I could just feel the tightness of the stitches when erect.

I waited until the stitches desolved by themselves. Some guys have their surgeon removed them. I read here of a few guys who removed them themselves. No way I would do that!

The stitches started dissolving after 2 weeks and by a little over a month, they were all gone!

Do you still have all of your stitches? Or have some fallen off?

Only some fell off not all I can’t tell how much stitches I have left because its covered by the dead skins

Same for me.. 1 stitch is still there at 6week now .. Others I had removed from my doc . Giving it some more days to come out else will ask doc to do.. I have started pulling my skin back somewhat so that i can clean the dead skin etc. , not easy though.

Third week after after my circ I clipped all my stiches off with a nail clipper and then apply ointment the cut line look nice and smooth
