Hi guys, is there any way to desensitise the glans, I’m already 7 months post op yet sensitivity is a big thing and is making my sexual intercourse end quickly and it’s really annoying me. It’s comfortable to walk but I still get erections every so often when walking, when I touch the helmet and the inner foreskin it just still feels like when I had a foreskin yet it’s 7 months since I had one. I was cut pretty high. So please can I get some help it’s really needed, I know that the sensitivity should be better by now that’s why it’s concerning me. Is there anything I can do?
Thanks in advance

Topical ointments or sprays that reduce sensitivity can often be used safely on the penis. These may help to reduce the risk and occurrence of premature ejaculation.
Numbing sprays and other products usually contain anesthetic medications, such as lidocaine. These medications have a temporary numbing effect on the skin.
They work by slowing the response of the nerves so you can delay ejaculation. There are both prescription and over-the-counter versions of these medications available.
The drying up of the skin is what I would want to turn it into harder skin but if it’s painful not sure if the best then, will it be good to use alcohol products, because this alcohol rubbing is probs my only solution to long term fix this
Did a Shang ring circumcision 21 days ago and the doc suggests using Vaseline if it’s overly sensitive but added it will probably take about 2 months for it to subside. He does not suggest using any other stuff.
