Just over 1 month post op (frenuloplasty)

So about end of August this year I had a frenuloplasty everything went great afterwards during the healing process (to my knowledge) and all the stitches are gone and they have been for a couple days but I'm still very confused on why I still can't pull my foreskin back while erect so could it still be healing? Or do need to take action on it?

Is your foreskin tight when your penis is erect?

Yes but less than what it was before I had the surgery but short answer is yes its still slightly difficult to get it past the head when I'm erect

I suspect it is down to post-op swelling

Yeah, I made the mistake of having sex three weeks after mine and even though it looked and felt like it was healed I had a load of swelling afterwards for a couple of weeks

Frenuloplasty doesn't always completely solve foreskin retraction issues. It didn't for me when erect but did improve things when flaccid.

Oh ok I'm the same as I was even before the surgery it feels like nothing has changed although I can pull it back further than what I could before the surgery when I'm erect

I'd suggest going back to the medical professional who did the procedure for advice, it may be you need more time, or maybe treatment with a steroid cream will help with the tightness
