2 weeks after circumcision bleeding, stitches broke

Hi guys. So it is 2 weeks after circumcision, I had 3 or 4 stitches broke due to nighttime erections on day 5. I was adviced to keep it dry, stop salt baths etc, so there is loads of scabbing on the incision line. Every time I take off my underwear or tissue I use to cover penis when getting dressed some of the scabbing comes off and it does bleed a bit. Is it normal way of wound to heal by secondary intention? Did anyone experienced similar thing?

Sounds good to me. Make sure that you let scabbing come off in its own time. There is always a temptation to pick at them! Take care.

If you need something over the wound then use a piece of gauze, not tissue. Put a smear of vaseline on the penis forst to stop the gauze sticking and pulling off the scabs as you change.

That’s what I mean, Vaseline is making scabs soft so they come off, no pain involved, it comes off and it bleed sometimes for few sec. I did go out without anything covering penis today ( without any tissue or gauze I mean, underwear and pants were there😅) but same thing happened, scabs gett moist from Vaseline I use on my glands and just come off.
