I had my circumcision Sep.24 and it’s been about three months prior to that. I’ve noticed the swelling calming down a lot and so as the sensitivity but I’m still swollen a bit but mostly on the back of the penis where the frenulum is connected. Sensitivity is still there but not as much is my recovery process taking long, should I be worried?, or is everything going smoothly?

That sounds OK. Swelling can continue for a while.
I didn't completely healed until month 4. Even then, when I had sex, ther frenulum area was a bit senstive for a day or so.
Is it safe for me to have sex right now?
If you’re still swollen, I wouldn’t. It’s always best to wait until there isn’t any more swelling!
I’m on month 8 and still some swelling. Times a healer.
