So I’m exactly 7 days post circumcision and my wound seems to be healing ok, but it is still a little moist around the frenulum area. How long does it take for the wound to dry up? And should I be wearing a dressing at night or is that just keeping the wound moist?

Circumcision question!

Frenulum area just heals normally last. It will dry when it is healed enough. No-one force you to use gauze, but it will protect the wound from friction, keep the wound warmer and on better moisture balance for healing.

At night, would do as above, when went back to work, wore tighter underwear to immobilize penis. Whatever works for you is better-best wishes
Agree that frenulum takes the longest to heal and that scar is usually the most sensitive.
I am a big believer in keeping the penis wrapped in gauze and self adhering compression wrap. That just helps with the healing and because you have a scar in a very sensitive spot plus the penis flops around when you walk or move it’s best to keep it secure. The compression wrap also helps reduce swelling to some extent.
Also keeping the penis up against torso abs wearing a snug underwear helps prevent the penis from moving around too much and reducing minor irritation and any stress or trauma.
I'm also at the 7th. Personally, i think its better to leave it get some air. Since the 4th day i'm always naked. Even while i'm sleeping, i cover myself but i let it without nothing. I just try to put it up to the belly to reduce the swelling i have since the pos op.
I saw the doctor yesterday and he Said its healing properly and quick. There's just the crazy swelling which he Said Will disappear...
I sometimes have some clear yellow fluid on my gauze in the morning, but I think that is just oedema/swelling from the wound as it is reducing. The bruising has almost all gone now as well, it’s good to be able to see it start coming together!
I don't know if it's from the edema or the scarring. But i asked my doctor and he said it's body fluids being release from the healing.
He told me that if it is "transparent", even coloured (Yellow), it's not bad for you.
Just in case the fluid is more thick or smelly, you should check your doc, because it's probably pus from an infection

Did exactly what you did only 2 days sooner, follow Dr instructions-wishing a rapid recovery
For me the frenulum was last to heal, we heal all heal differently. I just kept very clean. I stopped wearing a dressing somewhere around day 2, and let air dry. Do what Dr suggested. I did not want to keep wound moist-good luck, rapid recovery
I gauze mine but stopped after a few days but found with moving around it bled more and I felt the stitches came loose around frenulum area which has had me anxious as it looks a bit like a flap! So I started using gauze again. My urologist said it’s fine. I think it depends what you feel comfortable with, I try and let it air when I can but sometimes like the security of the gauze, particularly if I’m going to be walking!
I was scared to do so.. but i tried and it was a success. For some reason i really don't move through the night and i keep my belly up
