Bumps on penis during Circumcision recovery

Today it's my 17th day post circumcision surgery and I saw these bumps ...few days back they were filled with pus but not it's not paining but my penis is looking horrible ..

Can someone tell me that me these bumps will ever go away ...

Doctor gave me neosproin ointment to apply on incision area ..

Please tell me if someone had same experience.. how's it gonna look later

You seem to be accessing treatment for the infection. Hopefully all will be well. Depending on the lumps, you may need to have them drained if they are not open.
