It’s been 5 weeks since circumcision and barely any stitches dissolved is this normal?

My stitches started to fall off after day 10. Try soaking it in salt water for 10-15 mins twice a day.

Some bodies don’t dissolve the stitches so the only way is to remove them

My doctor gave me some antibiotic cream to apply... but if you apply it to the glans, you just end up delaying the sensitivity

Yea mine didn’t give me shit and the sensitivity was just bad the first week but it’s normal now

Bro I woke up and like 6 stitches fell out idk how lmaooo I used Vaseline just use a thin layer on top of the stitches
