Red penile raphe

The raphe is the line on the underside of the penis that runs from the scrotum to the tip of penis. Mine is red. Looks inflamed but is not. No pain. No problems having sex. I’m uncut. Redness does not come and go, but is permanent whether flaccid or erect. Is the redness normal? Anybody else have it? Feedback from you guys will be appreciated.

Did you see a doctor as previously advised?

Did not, because no pain or other issues related to it. I’m in good health, physically active. Just curious if this is unique to me or is fairly common.
