Post surgery / bladder problems

Hello everyone, I’ve recently had my circumcision done and all has been going good as of now. It’s been 11 days since I got the surgery and everything been going good so far. One major problem i started having started 2 days ago where every time I would pee the pee bulges up inside before finally coming out and it feels terrible it feels like my penis is about to explode sometimes. Has anyone had this problem ? this is the first time this has ever happened to me. Any solutions on how to solve this problem ? Please and thank you.

It may be that you have inflammation in your urethra. I would consult a doctor to ensure that it is not infected.

It doesn’t look swollen to me besides the yellowish discharged that’s covering the little hole. Could that be the problem?

It could be that but you would not necessarily know that you have some internal urethral damage.

I had a similar problem caused by swelling at the tip near the uretha opening. My consultant though I had a slight stenosis but after 6 weeks its settled down and is a lot better. I suffer from prostatitis as well which doesn't help. Its probably just swelling but best just get it checked out. What annoys me is the information you're given on the NHS about possible short term complications is virtually nothing.
