Hi guys, I was circumcised in January 2021 and I still have a fairly sensitive helmet, alot more than I thought I would at this stage. It no longer affects my day to day life as the uncomfort went around June/July time. I’m now comfortable in day to day activities however in the sexual side it’s still not good at all, leaving me with premature ejaculation which is quite stressful to have and very sad not having any solutions to overcome this, in sexual activities I last no longer than 2 mins and upon penetration about 1 minute. When I masturbate with lube I can literally be done in about 30 seconds. I know it’s because of sensitivity as wen anything makes contact with my helmet during intercourse or masturbation it gives me that extreme sensitive sensation through my body, which obviously feels nice but not wanting to have this a couple of strokes into sex and masturbation. I finish way to early cos of this sensitivity, does anyone have any solutions to this for a long term fix of this sensitivity or has anyone been in this situation this long after a circumsision?

No not yet only get opportunities to speak to my doctor only if it’s an emergency at the moment because if they way the doctors are still operating with covid
The COVID way of working for GPS means that they have to telephone triage all requests to see a doctor. There is no authorisation from the NHS to mandate only emergency situations being dealt with. Try ringing 111 if your surgery reception will not pass you for a telephone call back from a doctor.
Ok thanks, one thing with the doctors is I’m guessing they will give me some sort of meds for it if they see it as ‘too sensitive’, would u know if this is what they will most likely do and produce any side effects? I appreciate your not a doctor but any info on this topic will help
Have you tried using thick and/or delay condoms? Thick ones reduce sensation and delays contain a small amount of local anaesthetic. Just make sure you're not receiving oral after wearing a delay one otherwise your partner will feel like they've been to the dentist!
Aha Yh thanks I’ve used the thick one once and it did help lasting me like 6-7 minutes but again wen I eventually have a sexual partner and do it without a condom that’s wen it’s bad unfortunately
Buddy it’s all about practice you will learn to work with it In time ..try not to think about the sex so much and focus on pleasing your partner first …sometimes oral sex can compensate a quickie 😊
what style of circumcision did you get? maybe you should look into a very low style if u still have a bunch of remaining overly sensitive inner foreskin left. you didnt tell about your frenulum. is it still intact, partially or totally removed.?
With the frenulum I believe it’s completely gone, their is still a visible line from where it used to be however, and there is about 1.2 ish cm of inner foreskin on show
I so ejaculate within 30 seconds and been that way for over 10 years. there is no day to day discomfort at all..so not sure if your "sensitivity" or time will ever change... but who knows. if things dont improve, you might think about removing the remaining 1.2cm
