My penis is swollen after day 4 of circumcision

I am corcumcised but the swollen has got so big. I had a big penis before circumcision and thats why i think the swollen is big too. Please tell me how many days i need to wait because i cant go outside with clothes , not because high sensitivity but of the swollen part its uncomfortable

My swelling reduced by about 80% by day ten. I’m currently on day 13 and I’m still a bit swollen! My penis swollen a lot after my surgery, I didn’t recognise it hardly!
