I’m on day 11 post circumcision, and hoping everything is ok. First day back at work and once I got back it was really swollen.
I also saw some white stuff as shown in the photo.
Should I do a salt bath? I was told not to submerge it but a bit desperate here.
It doesn’t seem to smell by the way.
Also, not feeling too much pain. I took one day off antibiotic (Stupidly thought it was almost done and that I shouldn’t worry) and now back on it.
My frenulum is also a big bump and wondering if this is normal.
Probably not a good idea. It let be.

Can you wash you wound properly under shower? Is there hard scab near frenulum area or just recent bleeding? Did you go to job without any gauze/bandage on? Glued or sutured incision line?
You should be able to wash it daily and keep it then dry. We can't diagnose here.

I did go to work with a gauze on but it kinda fell off due to walking around at work...
Seems like a hard scab I would say, it’s there since the day of the circumcision which I assumed it was from the frenulum being removed.
I have not been washing it daily, as dr recommended to not get it wet. But I did do two baths (without salt). I did Shang ring in the US, along with frenulum being cut or removed. I believe there was glue on the Shang ring for 7 days. I removed it on the 7th day.
Just personal opinion, does it seem normal? I already emailed doctor but no response yet.
No never do salt baths. You'll irritate and bleed the wound. Let that be as it is, as long as it is not oozing pus or smelling bad. The scab building helps to form new skin underneath, and it will fall off after new skin is made. Hold on, don't worry about looks or aesthetics at this point. Everything will get better at week 3.

Full along w frenulum. Was zero chance for me of going back to work on day 3. Impossible. Maybe you are different.

Do not soak it in water but wash and clean with salt water
Overall advice from me is give it time. You may wish a speedy time but just let it do its work. And if you don’t know about something ask your surgeon. That’s most important
