Circumcision infection

Hey!

So I got my circumcision done 4 weeks ago to the day and this morning I woke up with a white lump on the scar line. For some reason, some (not all) of my stitches have dissolved now and this white lump is where the stitches haven’t quite gone yet. I just wondered if it is something to worry about or not as it has been 4 weeks... no puss or anything but it has only appeared overnight. Small white lump. Anyway, thanks for the help!
