I am experiencing buried penis after my Circumcision and I’m looking for some hanging weights but what I have found falls off of my penis. The head of my penis is the same size of the shaft. Anyone recommend a good device? I already have pumps

It’s been 3 years. Yes I’m trying hard for weight loss but I’m about to give up.

I am not at all sure that weights will bring you much more than more frustration.

you will lose weight if you can tolerate extreme hunger for long periods, 99% of people can't.

I had the same issue and used the jes extender to help as well a jelqing. The thing is you have to be patient and dedicated as it's a timely process.

im using a penis extender/strechter,cost about £15.00 on ebay,i thought it started to work then i stopped for whatever reason,but they are suppose to work

Yeah, follow SingUK1985's advice and ask the doctor who did this to you. He probably won't be able to suggest anything not suggested here, but if nothing else, maybe he'll learn from his mistake ... and ... if someone else asks for a circ ...he would be able to warn the fellow about at least one of the untoward consequences.

I would suggest to fast 16/8 and move to 18/6 then 20/4 counting sleep hours too. I lost 44 lbs in 2 months and when I mean it stayed off it’s not going back up. I also follow a strict diet, I don’t count calories very much but I do count carbs. For that rule is 30 g carbs per meal and 15 g of carbs per snack. If you’re fasting eat every 2 hours and make sure that when you hit your last meal that it’s full of protein instead of carbs because carbs is what makes you hungry. Don’t completely ignore carbs because we need it and there’s a medical condition called ketoacidosis and you wouldn’t want that. It is hard at first to do fasting but remember that you’re the only one who’s in control of your body, you decide your future. Drastic changes on your body requires other drastic changes on a daily to revert and avoid from it to happen again. Good luck :) I know you can do this. I believe in you.

One thing I would consider would be to see a doctor to do a complete work up on you. Your testosterone and estrogen are critical and can make it very difficult to loose weight. Over weight guys generally have too high estrogen levels, and like women, it makes it difficult to loose weight. It's a cheep fix too. Also your vitamin an mineral levels need to be somewhere neat target. And last, research has found 4 defective genes that can make it impossible to loose weight. This is very new and expensive and insurance probably won't cover it. Treatment has been successful. Getting past the cost and a long waiting line to get tested is the biggest challenge.

I had some tests done and my free testosterone was a bit low and estroidal was I bit higher. What sort of quick fix are you talking about.

I'm from the US, so if your from Europe or somewhere else, we use a different scale than you do. You might have to do some conversions. I Injectable Testosterone Cypionate for my testosterone replacement. We shoot for total T to be 800 - 1000 ng/dl and the free T to be 100 - 150 ng/dl. Most men here give themselves the shot dues to short staffing and Covid. I shoot myself in the thigh every 5 days. I do this because the T seems to peter out after 5 days. Most generally they start you out at 1ml per week and go from there and tweak to get to the proper amount. You'll have to do some math if you go to the 5 days rather than the 7 days to get the proper amount. As for the estrogen, it's a cheap drug called Anastrozole. The doctor will probably start you out on a higher dose till the estrogen comes down, then a smaller dose for maintenance. As you loose weight, the meds will have to continue to be cut back to maintain a proper levels. Estrogen level should be 15 - 30 pg/ml. Getting these hormone levels where they should be should make it much easier for you loose weight and give you the strength to do good workouts so you can. Good luck to you.

Being overweight is the cause of your buried penis, and your low T high Estradiol. Fat cells are great at converting androgen into estrogen.

There are certain fruits and vegetables that can increase free Testosterone in the body and reduce the conversion of Testosterone to Estrogen. Cruciferous vegetables, and Watermelon for example. I don't like the idea of injecting exogenous Testosterone as you need to follow a strict regimen so that your testicles don't shrink nor end up with acne and breast tissue. I am in my 60s and thought I had low T, turned out I had more than men a lot younger, anyway in Australia Testosterone replacement is sort of verboten. Hanging weights properly requires expensive equipment. Do you really want to spend money on something that may not work or at best gives you 2 cm of extra penis? It takes time, patience and privacy. Do you have that?
