I stumbled across this great site while searching for any information on skin tunnels from my infant circumcision. Thanks to everyone for sharing, I am wondering if anyone has had a similar experience to me and what steps they have taken.
I have two "skin tunnels" (5 & 7 mm) on the upper side of the shaft of my penis, they seem to be caused by the stitches from when I was circumcised as a newborn. They were not causing much problem until my sex life got rougher in my 30s (I'm now 44). The area above the tunnels gets sensitive and sore if I don't abstain for a couple of weeks. I accumulate small amounts of white substance build up in the openings of the tunnels, hurts until it is carefully removed.
Has anyone had corrective surgery for this sort of issue?

It is rare for infant circumcisions to use stitches, and hence to develop tunnels. However, skin bridges between the glans and shaft are more common.
In either case, a doctor can (under local anaesthetic) simply cut the two ends of the top of the tunnel/bridge and remove the small bit of skin. There may be a minor scar/mark where they were, but that is better than a bridge/tunnel collecting dirt, etc that could cause infection.
