Circumcision week 1 (Feeling faint)

I’m 19 and just got circumcised exactly one week ago. I was put on cephalexin to treat a possible infection and everything is looking pretty good right now. But I’ve lost 4 pounds this week and have had horrible stomach aches and been unable to eat. I’m already a very skinny guy (5’9 129lbs) and I’m worried that I could be getting sick. Is it possible that my weight loss and fatigue is correlated to the circumcision or prescription?

You should go back to meet your doc especially if these other symptoms such as stomachache , inability to eat have started after taking medications. Be sure if it's the medicine or the procedure after which you have developed the same and do meet your doctor to find out what's happening. In my opinion seems like the antibiotic is not suiting your body and this is if you are still taking it. If you have finished the course given, do try to eat healthy and drink lots of fluids . All the best !
