Are you trying to say that you have a small penis or that your testicles are small? There's no such thing as a 'testicle penis'.

Generally, small testicles produce plenty of sperm to be able to impregnate a woman. Men generally produce at least twice as much as is actually needed!

A lot of the seminal fluid is actually contributed by the prostate so I wouldn't be worried Abt the quantity . The normal quantity is also 2-5 ml only and as roddythescot has said it is more than sufficient to cause pregnancy. Quality of sperm is asseased by various parameters and I don't think having small testes or penis will affect it . All the best !

Are you trying to get someone pregnant currently and it is not happening? You can have your sperm tested if you are having problems. That will look at quantity, formation and motility.

Yes, married for more than two years. Pregnancy occurred twice but not completed and abortion occurred.

I'm not worried . But after a semen analysis, it was found that I have 51% of my sperm not motile
