You are very early in the recovery time period. You need to give things much longer to find out how they finally end up when the healing process is finished.

Honestly, my swelling didn't start to go down until week 3. I think it's too soon to judge.

In my case, it's been 4 months and most of the swelling has gone down. I just have some swelling from the inner foreskin. it's only this month have i gotten comfortable with stretching the foreskin down.
