No change yet,I hit the 6 month mark two days back,I gained girth size but my length reduced...I’m going to start exercises for my penis now as I want my original size back

When it was 5.9inch is that measuring from the tip of your head? Or did ur foreskin overhang past the tip of your head and that's where u were measuring from? Bcuz I wouldn't imagine a loss of size unless u were measuring ur foreskin or if ur bit completely healed and their is still swelling in distortion due to healing process
