I had phimosis till about 3 months ago, but even after some stretching tips suggested by a doctor my penis glans is still very sensitive to the point where it isn’t pleasurable during intercourse, I would really appreciate tips to overcome this and how do I make sexual intercourse more pleasurable?

The more your glans can be exposed and in contact with clothing, your hand, etc. the faster your brain can 'tune out' the over sensitivity to ordinary everyday touch.
You may just have to 'fight through' the discomfort to reach a better state on the other side!
