Glans still sensitive after phimosis--tickle when I masturbate

I've greatly reduced the sensitivity in my glans over the last year, but now when I jerk off, I experience this tickling sensation on my head that makes me ejaculate early. Maybe I should be using lube to prevent this more? Will this go away in time?

Hi mate. I was just circumcised a month ago and wondering how long did it take your lymph edema to go away. I still have this swelling ring under the glans and in the frenulum area.

Hey man! I am on my end of week 2. Wanted to ask how bad is your swelling ring at 4 weeks? Any idea how much more time would it take to ho away completely ?

I’m on week 5. Swelling ring is still there. I’d say a moderate amount of swelling. It has not reduce for maybe 3 weeks now. Frenulum area has most swelling. I had frenuloplasty as well with my circumcision

More lube sounds like a good idea. I have that tickling but I like it!

The issue is that it causes me premature ejaculation!

I know man, more lube should reduce the tickling. It does reduce over time as well I promise. Good luck
