It may be a scar tissue problem. See what your doctor thinks.
It's exactly same with me.. scar line hurts even after 3 months of surgery... What I think it will take long time to heal up inner mechanics of tissue underneath the scar line.
Should not hurt after 3 Months, definitely go see your Doc'
