Hey I’m circumcised but everything I google looks like I have some mild Balanitis there’s small bumps On my penis that appeared about 10 days ago and the skin was dry around the base of the head and they seem to have started to spread I have an appointment later today but everything I’ve read says just to put cream on it and I went and got some it’s not painful or anything was just curious if anyone had any input I could post pictures of it to

Pics are not necessary! Circumcised men can get infections of the glans. To treat an infection, if that is what you have, you need the right cream not just any cream or you could make your situation worse. Hopefully your doctor will advise.
