After I got out of the shower this morning I noticed that my penis looked different. It had these small little slightly discolored bumps/spots on the foreskin near the tip. It also seemed that my foreskin was fatter or like puffier. I have also felt more itchy down there than usual. I have not had sex so i have no clue whats going on or should i be worried or not. please help!

Swelling and itchiness is not normal. You really ought to show your penis to a healthcare professional. Don’t be embarrassed about it. It’s all in a days work for them.
