Penis head texture isnt smooth

This is my first time posting here but around 5 years back, I noticed the texture of my penis head was starting to have these weird ridges and patterns on it. I never really played it much attention because it never really affected me. But now it's gotten to a point where it just looks plain our weird and disgusting, can anyone please identify my issue and help me?

I think it's just keratinization (after circumcision).

My answer is the same: keratinization. Do you keep you foreskin retracted? Do you use some moisturizer on glans? Those tiny papules on your glans corona are PPP

I know about PPP , but I've never moisturized my penis , and I used to keep it retracted in my underwear when I was younger. Is there any way to reverse or treat the keratinized skin?

I think you can try keep your glans moisturized and foreskin over it all the time.

I'm not refer to keep it wet after shower/pee, but apply some fragrance free emollient cream on it daily.

Did your penis head (glans) got better? Did the moisturizing cream help you? What do you use for moisturizing?
