My head of penis has a weird texture

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about why my glans of penis looks dry and has a weird texture. It’s not smooth and it doesn't look aesthetically pleasing. I’m uncut so it could be the reason why, but I really do wish that I could do something about it because it’s making me really insecure to the point where I avoid any sexual activity.

If this is something new, maybe you should talk to your doctor about it? You don’t say how old you are, but increased age is associated with the development of some nasty (treatable) diseases of the penis.

It would likely be rougher and dryer if you were cut.

Well, I have found that penis heads that have been cut do develop a harder less softer feel. That happens from drying out but also as a way for the body to protect the head from rubbing. If you were previously uncut, and now cut it will take time for that skin to toughen a bit. That is what you are seeing I believe.
