Have been having little pains on my dick ,it goes and come ,and have been having irregular size also,sometimes it goes back to normal...

The irregular size is like pinch at the both right and left side

I didn't get you on the changing size part but if you are having different sizes in your scrotal sac of your testes , it may have to be checked. Does the size increase while coughing straining standing etc and is the pain acute ? If at any point besides your testicles you feel a swelling or even if you're testes are irregular or you develop pain (shooting/dull) , it's advised to meet a doc. If you are just having intermittent small amount of pain , maybe your posture is at fault . All the best !
