What are these bumps?

Hi! I have these small bumps on my penis where I actually tore my skin a few times. Are these scars? Or something else? I was hoping I could attach a picture, but I don't see that option. They're small, whitish colored bumps exactly where my foreskin had torn. I'm hoping whatever they are, there's a way to reduce their appearance. Any insight is appreciated! Thanks!

Your doctor should be able to diagnose these bumps. They may be scar tissue.

Those might be scar bumps due to the sutures. The sutures usually can take a long time to 'assimilate' within the skin and shaft.

Apply vitamin e oil regularly and massage along scar gently for few months to speed up the dissolving process.
