Circumcision

Hi, i would just like some friendly advise regarding a circumcision.

Its Day 4 after surgery an I'm a lil worried about the swelling under the head, but above the stitching..

You are bound to have a lot of swelling all over your penis, but especially around the area of the actual circumcision for several weeks after the procedure. The first couple of weeks are usually the worst!

Thanks for the advice. First 4 days were horrible.. Getting hard is scary an the swelling just made me even more nervous cause its huge. Any advice on reducing the swelling an safely speeding up the recovery.. I was given an ointment an some pills however my main concern is the swelling

It is an anxious and initially painful period but once you can resume your more normal daily routine you’ll be able to just let the healing get on by itself. Once you get through your first night without waking with an agonising erection you’ll be well on your way. I remember throwing the sheets back in a desperate panic, convinced I must be bleeding to death. I wasn’t of course.

Lol i havent slept properly ever since the surgery.. Its not due to pain but huge discomfort an fear of doing something wrong like sleep on it or something but what just makes me very very nervous is the swelling an the size of the swelling. The head (tip) is fine but right under the glands are swollen. It sometimes also gets itchy but I'm surviving. The shaft is ok, i can still see the stitches. The meds the doctor finish today Now because i was so scared i had to look for some sort of help or advise as this is a uncomfortable topic.
